Terms and Conditions – Tara Rose
Welcome to Tara Rose. To ensure a comfortable, safe, and high-quality home beauty experience, please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully.
By completing a booking, making a payment, or using any Tara Rose service, the customer acknowledges that she has read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Scope of Services
All Tara Rose services are home-based beauty, personal care, and relaxation services exclusively for women and are provided only within the cities and areas covered by Tara Rose.
Services are not provided to men under any circumstances. Tara Rose reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking found to have been made for a male customer.
2. Booking and Payment
A booking is considered confirmed once all booking requirements and payment have been successfully completed through Tara Rose’s approved payment methods.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all booking information is accurate, including contact details, location, date, time, and requested services.
All requested services must be paid for before they are provided. The specialist is not required to provide any additional service that was not included in the original booking unless the additional service has been approved and paid for through Tara Rose’s authorized payment method.
3. Service Location
The customer is responsible for providing the correct and accurate location when making a booking and ensuring that the specialist can access the location.
Any change to the location after the booking has been confirmed is subject to Tara Rose’s service coverage, specialist availability, and accessibility of the new location. Additional fees or a change in appointment time may apply where applicable.
If the specialist is unable to reach the customer due to an incorrect location, failure to respond, or refusal of access to the premises, the booking may be treated as a no-show in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The specialist may not be transported or requested to move from the location registered in the booking to another location after arrival. Services may not be transferred to another person or provided to additional individuals who were not included in the original booking unless approved by Tara Rose, subject to availability and payment of any applicable additional charges.
4. Preparing the Service Area
The customer must provide a clean, safe, suitable, and sufficiently spacious area for the specialist to set up her equipment and perform the service.
If the location is unsuitable, unsafe, or prevents the service from being performed properly, the specialist has the right to refuse to begin or to discontinue the service.
5. Arrival and Appointment Times
Tara Rose makes every reasonable effort to arrive at the scheduled appointment time. However, due to the nature of home services, traffic conditions, operational circumstances, and other factors beyond our reasonable control, the specialist may arrive up to 60 minutes before or after the scheduled appointment time.
If the specialist arrives late, the delay will not be deducted from the booked service duration, and the customer will receive the full booked service duration whenever reasonably possible.
6. Customer Delays and No-Shows
The customer must be present and ready to receive the specialist at the specified location at the scheduled appointment time.
Upon the specialist’s arrival, the customer will be allowed a maximum of 15 minutes to receive the specialist and begin the appointment.
If the customer cannot be contacted or does not receive the specialist within this period, Tara Rose reserves the right to treat the appointment as a no-show, and the specialist may leave the location without a refund of the booking amount.
If the customer’s delay affects the specialist’s schedule or subsequent appointments, Tara Rose reserves the right to shorten the service duration accordingly.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
The customer may cancel or request to reschedule a booking by notifying Tara Rose at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Any alternative appointment is subject to availability.
If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or after the specialist has begun travelling to the customer’s location, the amount paid will not be refundable and the booking may be considered used, subject to any rights provided under applicable laws and regulations.
8. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Tara Rose
In exceptional circumstances, Tara Rose may need to change an appointment time, replace a specialist, or reschedule a service due to emergencies, illness, weather conditions, traffic, operational circumstances, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
If Tara Rose is unable to provide the booked service, the customer will be offered the option to reschedule the service or receive a refund for the service that was not provided.
9. Requesting a Specific Specialist
Customers may request a specific specialist when making a booking, and Tara Rose will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request based on the specialist’s schedule and availability.
Requesting a particular specialist does not guarantee her availability. Tara Rose may assign another qualified specialist when necessary and will notify the customer whenever reasonably possible.
10. Specialist Safety
The safety, dignity, and well-being of Tara Rose specialists are a priority.
A specialist has the right to refuse entry to a location or leave immediately if she feels unsafe or is subjected to threats, harassment, verbal or physical abuse, or any inappropriate behavior.
In such circumstances, Tara Rose reserves the right to terminate the service without a refund and to take any appropriate legal action where necessary.
11. Privacy During the Service
As Tara Rose services are exclusively for women, the customer must provide appropriate privacy and a safe environment for both the customer and the specialist throughout the service.
The specialist has the right to refuse or discontinue a service if the location does not provide adequate privacy or safety.
12. Inappropriate Conduct
Any form of harassment, assault, threats, verbal or physical abuse, requests for services that are not included in Tara Rose’s official service offerings, or any conduct contrary to applicable laws or public decency is strictly prohibited.
In such circumstances, the specialist has the right to immediately terminate the service and leave the location without a refund. Tara Rose also reserves the right to refuse future bookings and take appropriate legal action where necessary.
13. Children and Minors
Services provided to minors are subject to the nature of the service and its suitability for the customer’s age.
The presence and consent of a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult may be required where appropriate.
The specialist has the right to refuse any service that she reasonably considers unsuitable for the customer’s age or unsafe to perform.
14. Health Conditions and Allergies
The customer is responsible for informing the specialist before the service begins of any allergies, injuries, skin conditions, wounds, recent surgeries, pregnancy, or any other health condition that may be affected by the service.
The specialist has the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue any service if she reasonably believes that it may not be suitable or safe for the customer.
Tara Rose services are beauty, personal care, and relaxation services and are not medical or therapeutic treatments. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice where such advice is required.
15. Products and Allergic Reactions
Tara Rose uses products intended for beauty and personal care services. However, individual skin and body reactions may vary from person to person.
Customers are responsible for disclosing any known allergies before products are used.
The specialist may choose not to use a particular product or may conduct a patch test where appropriate to protect the customer’s safety.
16. Service Results
The results of beauty and personal care services may vary between customers depending on skin type, hair, nails, individual characteristics, and other relevant factors.
Therefore, identical results cannot be guaranteed for all customers. Tara Rose remains committed to providing services in accordance with appropriate professional standards.
17. Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for safeguarding their personal and valuable belongings during the specialist’s visit, including jewelry, cash, electronic devices, and other valuables.
Tara Rose is not responsible for the loss of or damage to personal belongings except to the extent that Tara Rose’s responsibility is established under applicable laws and regulations.
18. Photography and Recording
To protect the privacy of both parties, customers may not photograph, video record, audio record, or publish content featuring a Tara Rose specialist without her consent.
Likewise, Tara Rose and its specialists will not photograph or record the customer, her home, or publish any related content without the customer’s consent, except where documentation is reasonably required in connection with an incident or complaint, or where otherwise permitted by law.
19. Privacy and Personal Data
Tara Rose is committed to protecting customers’ privacy and personal information.
Customer information will be used only as reasonably necessary for managing bookings, providing services, communicating with customers, processing payments, providing customer support, and other lawful purposes in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
20. Prices and Fees
The applicable prices are those displayed at the time the booking is completed and confirmed.
Tara Rose reserves the right to change its service prices or fees for future bookings in accordance with its operational and commercial policies.
Subsequent price changes will not affect confirmed and prepaid bookings unless taxes, government fees, or other mandatory charges are imposed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
21. Offers and Discounts
Promotional offers, packages, and discount codes are subject to their specific terms and validity periods.
More than one offer or discount may not be combined within the same booking unless otherwise expressly stated.
Offers and discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.
22. Additional Services
The specialist is not required to provide any service that was not included in the original booking.
If the customer wishes to add a service during the appointment, it may only be provided if sufficient time, equipment, and products are available and after the additional service has been approved and paid for through Tara Rose’s authorized payment method.
23. Direct Arrangements with Specialists
All bookings and services associated with Tara Rose must be arranged through Tara Rose’s official booking channels.
Customers may not make private arrangements directly with a specialist for services outside Tara Rose’s official booking system or make direct payments to a specialist for additional services or unauthorized private arrangements.
Tara Rose accepts no responsibility for any private arrangements, bookings, payments, or services agreed upon directly between a customer and a specialist outside Tara Rose’s official channels.
24. Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Tara Rose is not responsible for delays or inability to provide a service due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather conditions, accidents, road closures, public service disruptions, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Tara Rose will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the appointment or provide an appropriate solution depending on the circumstances.
25. Complaints and Feedback
If a customer has a complaint or concern regarding a booking or service, she should contact Tara Rose as soon as possible and provide the relevant booking details and information so the matter can be reviewed.
For complaints concerning the quality or outcome of a service, customers are requested to submit the complaint within 24 hours after completion of the service and provide photographs or any additional information reasonably requested by Tara Rose to assist in reviewing the matter.
Submitting a complaint does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund. Each case will be reviewed individually.
Following review of a complaint, Tara Rose may, depending on the circumstances and findings, take an appropriate corrective action, which may include correcting or re-performing the service, providing customer credit, or issuing a full or partial refund, as appropriate.
The 24-hour complaint period does not limit any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be restricted under the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Complaints or claims submitted through other channels may not be considered official complaints submitted to Tara Rose, without prejudice to any statutory rights or official complaint channels available under applicable law.
26. Refunds
Where a customer is entitled to a refund, the amount will be returned to the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund processing may take 15 to 30 business days from the date the refund request is approved. The time required for the amount to appear in the customer’s account may also vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.
Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights provided under the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
27. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
Tara Rose reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions when necessary.
The version of the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time a booking is made will apply to that booking unless otherwise required by applicable law.
28. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in accordance with applicable laws and jurisdictional rules.
29. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
By completing a booking, making payment, or requesting any Tara Rose service, the customer confirms that she has read, understood, and agreed to all of the Terms and Conditions stated above.
Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions forms part of the booking and use of Tara Rose services.
